By accessing our website, booking a service, participating in a class, retreat, mentorship, event, or using any WellViva offering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to support a respectful, safe, and supportive wellbeing experience for all participants.
 

 
1. About WellViva
 
WellViva provides wellness services including, but not limited to:
  • Meditation classes and programs
  • Sound healing and sound massage sessions
  • Yin yoga and mindfulness practices
  • Breathwork sessions
  • Mentorship and coaching
  • Retreats and workshops
  • Digital wellbeing resources
  • WellViva Access and Borrow a Bowl services
All services are intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth.
 

 
2. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
 
WellViva services are intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, psychological treatment, or healthcare services.
Clients and participants are responsible for:
  • consulting an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary
  • Seeking GP approval where necessary
  • communicating any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or sensitivities prior to participation
  • listening to their body and participating within personal limits
Participation in all WellViva offerings is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.
Some wellbeing practices offered through WellViva — including meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system practices — may occasionally bring emotional responses, memories, or feelings to the surface.
Participants are encouraged to approach all practices with self-awareness and care.
If emotional discomfort, distress, or ongoing concerns arise during or after participation, WellViva encourages individuals to seek appropriate support from a qualified healthcare professional, mental health practitioner, counsellor, psychologist, or GP.
WellViva reserves the right to refuse participation where safety or wellbeing may be compromised.
 

 
3. Participation & Personal Responsibility
 
By participating in WellViva services, you acknowledge that:
  • emotional and physical responses may arise during wellness practices
  • experiences vary between individuals
  • results are not guaranteed
  • you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and participation
WellViva reserves the right to refuse participation where safety or wellbeing may be compromised.
 

 
4. Bookings & Payments
 
Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
WellViva reserves the right to:
  • update pricing
  • modify services
  • adjust scheduling or offerings where required

 
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard Appointments
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the session may be transferred or rescheduled without charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or non-attendance may result in the full session fee being charged.

 
6. Packages & Memberships
 
Session packages:
  • are non-refundable
  • are non-transferable unless approved by WellViva
  • may have expiry periods
Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash.
Memberships and digital access services may be cancelled according to the applicable membership terms.
 

 
7. Retreats & Events
 
Retreat deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Due to accommodation, planning, and operational commitments:
  • cancellations within 30 days of a retreat may be non-refundable
  • partial refunds may be considered outside this period where possible
  • retreat transfers may be approved at WellViva’s discretion
Participants are responsible for:
  • travel arrangements
  • travel insurance
  • medical suitability for participation
WellViva is not responsible for:
  • travel disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • third-party accommodation or transport provider issues

 
8. Mobile & In-Home Services
 
Clients booking mobile services agree to provide:
  • a safe environment
  • appropriate access and space
  • respectful conditions for the session
Travel & Setup Fees may apply outside the standard service zone.
WellViva reserves the right to discontinue or refuse a session where the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
 

 
9. Borrow a Bowl / WellViva Access
 
Borrowed items remain the property of WellViva at all times.
Participants agree to:
  • care for borrowed items responsibly
  • return items by the agreed return date
  • notify WellViva of damage, loss, or theft
Refundable bonds may apply.
WellViva reserves the right to charge for:
  • damages
  • replacement costs
  • overdue returns
Digital library access and member resources are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.
 

 
10. Intellectual Property
 
All WellViva content, including:
  • meditations
  • recordings
  • programs
  • branding
  • workshops
  • written content
  • digital resources
remain the intellectual property of WellViva unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be:
  • copied
  • reproduced
  • distributed
  • sold
  • shared publicly
without written permission.
 

 
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
 
WellViva respects your privacy.
Personal information collected through forms, bookings, memberships, or enquiries is used solely for:
  • communication
  • bookings
  • wellbeing support
  • operational purposes
Your information will not be sold or intentionally shared with third parties unless required by law.
Participants are also asked to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others within group settings, workshops, and retreats.

 
12. Media Consent
 
WellViva may occasionally capture photographs or videos during classes, retreats, or events for promotional purposes.
Participants may request not to be photographed or recorded by notifying WellViva in advance.
 

 
13. Limitation of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellViva is not liable for:
  • injury
  • illness
  • emotional responses
  • loss or damage to personal belongings
  • indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in services or events
Participation in all services is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
 

 
14. Changes to Terms
 
WellViva reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will become effective upon publication on the WellViva website.
