Your session will run up to selected duration. You will experience soothing sounds from specially crafted instruments to bring deep relaxation and aid in healing. During the session, you will be gently immersed in soothing sound waves and experience sound vibrations that help release tension, improve circulation, and restore your energy balance.
Before the Session:
Please book your session during a quiet time at home where there will be less distractions and you can fully immerse your self in the experience. If you feel this cannot be arranged please speak to Vanessa further to arrange an alternative.
Hydrate / Food: Drink plenty of water before the session to ensure your body is well-hydrated. Sound can stimulate energy flow, so staying hydrated helps the body process the effects. If possible refrain from eating 1-2 hours before a session.
Arrive Early: Arriving a bit early allows you to settle in and feel comfortable before the session starts. It also gives you time to switch off from the outside world.
Mental Preparation: Take a moment to mentally prepare by setting an intention for your session. Whether it’s relaxation, stress relief, or aid in healing, having an open mind can enhance your experience.
During the Session:
Relax and Let Go: Focus on your breath and allow yourself to fully immerse in the sounds. It’s okay if your mind drifts; just gently bring your attention back to the sound waves.
Feel Free to Adjust: If you feel uncomfortable in any way (temperature, position, etc.), let the practitioner know. The goal is to create a space where you can fully relax.
After the Session:
Take Your Time: After the sound massage, don’t rush. Take a few moments to transition back to your usual state of mind. You might feel a sense of calm or even lightness, and that’s perfectly normal.
Continue Hydrating: Drink more water after the session to help flush out any toxins released during the treatment.
Rest if Needed: If you feel like resting afterward, allow yourself that time. Your body may need a little time to fully absorb the benefits of the sound experience.
